Do you support certifications and compliance?
Yes. Our 925 silver materials and processes are covered by SGS, REACH, RoHS, and ASTM alignments, and we can supply the documentation cross-border buyers need to confirm: an SGS material report confirming sterling composition, REACH evidence for nickel-controlled and lead-free alloy, and RoHS-aligned substance declarations. These are maintained at the material-category level — we do not prepare a separate compliance package for every batch, nor do we pack the papers in with each shipment.
What each certification covers
SGS
Material proof
Independent verification that the alloy meets the 925 sterling standard — shared with you at the category level when you need to confirm it for customs or your platform.
REACH
Substance safety
Covers nickel-controlled, lead-free alloy sourcing so the piece meets EU chemical-safety expectations.
RoHS
Hazard limits
Restricts hazardous substances in the materials and plating used on the jewelry.
ASTM
Material standard
Aligns our 925 silver specification with recognized material and quality benchmarks.
Marketplace and border readiness
EU and US channels increasingly require demonstrable material safety before a listing goes live or a parcel clears. Our documentation — SGS material report plus REACH and RoHS declarations — is built to satisfy those checks at the material-category level. If your platform or buyer requests a specific format, tell us at order time and we will share the relevant files for your review; we do not send physical compliance papers with the goods.
Compliance checklist for buyers
- Confirm the destination market and any platform-specific document requirements.
- We share the SGS material report and REACH/RoHS declarations at the material-category level.
- The relevant compliance documents are shared with you digitally on request — they are not packed inside the shipment.
- At clearance or listing, present the files we shared; we supplement with origin proof if asked.
What we do not claim
We provide the material and substance documentation above; we do not issue broad "nickel-free" marketing claims unless specifically tested and agreed for your order, and we do not substitute a certificate for the actual alloy control that begins at sourcing. Compliance is a process on the production floor, not a stamp added at the end.
