About the quotation: custom work has no fixed package price - the items above are what the quotation is built from. Once your requirements are confirmed we issue a formal quotation listing asset type, quantity, unit price and delivery date; work begins only after you approve it, and nothing is shot first and negotiated afterwards. The full retouched asset set for featured design-library styles is not within the chargeable scope.

Custom packaging requires tooling, sampling and batch production. Below 10,000 pieces we do not take custom packaging - this is set by the craft and the cost, not a threshold we have chosen. We do not suggest placing an order larger than you actually need just to reach the quantity.
The more practical approach is to start with transition packaging: build the brand feel first, then move to custom packaging once sales are stable.
- Stock gift boxes / velvet pouches / drawstring pouches - our existing standard specifications, no minimum order threshold, added directly to your shipment.
- Custom hang tags + brand or thank-you cards - print minimums are far below packaging minimums, making this the most cost-effective place for brand exposure.
- Custom sleeves / stickers - wrapped over a stock gift box for a consistent look at low cost.
When your annual volume for a single style approaches 10,000 pieces, come back for custom packaging - we can take it on at any time. Sampling and mass-production lead times for the packaging plan are confirmed specifically when the project is opened.

Frequently asked questions
Yes. The fully retouched asset set for featured styles and the lifestyle shot for catalogue styles are licensed to you for resale channels including your own e-commerce store, social media accounts and physical shops, and may be used commercially for main images, detail pages and paid advertising. The licence runs with the assets and stays valid long term. It does not cover: reselling or redistributing the image files themselves, sub-licensing them to third parties, or building an asset pack with the assets as its core content and selling it. Exact scope follows the notes on the corresponding catalogue.
Yes, photography can be commissioned on its own. Photography is not tied to an order: design-library assets come with the corresponding styles, and photography for a custom style is quoted as a standalone project - even if your purchase this time is small, you can still commission a shoot separately. Whether we can take the work depends on the shooting schedule and the product type.
White background, lifestyle and group shots are delivered as JPG; PNG with transparency can be provided on request. Images are delivered at a long edge of 3000px or more in sRGB, directly usable on Amazon, Shopify, your own website and social media and other mainstream channels. If a platform has its own dimension or background requirements, tell us when the brief is confirmed and we will output to that spec. Video is delivered as MP4 (H.264), either 1080x1080 square or 1080x1920 vertical, with the duration confirmed per project.
Quoted per project. The basis covers asset type, shooting volume, whether a model or video is involved, the depth of retouching and any delivery requirements. We issue a formal quotation listing each item first, and work begins only after you approve it - nothing is shot first and priced afterwards. See "How the quotation is built" above.
The timeframe depends on project complexity and the shooting schedule; the delivery date is confirmed together with the quotation.
The minimum order standard for our custom packaging service is 10,000 pieces. Below 10,000 pieces we do not take custom packaging work - tooling and sampling costs make this a hard threshold. If your order volume falls short, we suggest starting with the transition route: stock gift boxes / velvet pouches / drawstring pouches plus custom hang tags and brand cards, which still deliver the brand feel and carry no minimum. Sampling and production lead times are confirmed once the project is opened.
Design-library video is not free by default. Some featured styles include it depending on the case, as noted on the corresponding catalogue; video for custom styles is quoted per project.
