Answer: Our 925 silver jewelry is produced in our own workshop in Haifeng, Shanwei, Guangdong — a 1,500+ m² facility with 70+ specialists across 5 production lines and a 14-step in-house process. Final QC and worldwide shipping are handled at our Guangzhou hub.
Extended details
Where exactly is the workshop, and how does the two-site setup work?
Production happens at our Haifeng workshop in Shanwei, Guangdong — a region with a dense precious-metal jewelry supply chain, so tool-making, casting, and stone-setting skills stay close to the line. Guangzhou hosts our trading office, second-stage QC, and global shipping hub. This two-site model keeps making and inspection separate, so a dedicated team re-checks every batch before it leaves for your market.

What does the production floor look like?
The floor is organised into five production lines supported by 20+ pieces of equipment, with a five-person R&D team turning new designs into samples. Because design, casting, polishing, stone-setting, and electroplating are handled in-house rather than farmed out to small subcontractors, we control surface finish, stone tightness, and dimensional tolerances across the whole batch.
What is your 14-step production process?
Every piece moves through the same controlled path, so reorders repeat the exact same finish and dimensions:
1Design confirm
2Wax / CAD
3Mould making
4Casting
5Filing
6Polishing
7Stone setting
8Inlaying
9Plating*
10Cleaning
11In-process QC
12Assembly
13Final QC
14Packing & ship
*Electroplating applied only when specified in the order brief.
How do you check quality before shipping?
Each piece is checked during production at Haifeng, then goes through a second-stage QC at our Guangzhou warehouse. That second pass looks at stone setting, plating uniformity, clasp function, and overall appearance. Defects are pulled and reworked before cartons are sealed, and we keep per-batch inspection records for traceability.
How fast can you develop new styles?
We release 500+ new designs every month, supported by a five-person R&D team and in-house tooling that keeps each design on its own mould and process card. Sampling for a confirmed design takes 7–15 days, and our capacity lets us refresh collections continuously instead of in one large batch — useful for brands that want frequent, small-launch drops.
What happens if a piece fails final QC?
Anything that fails the Guangzhou second-stage QC is pulled from the batch and sent back for rework or replacement. We do not expect the buyer to pay for defects that originate in production. Non-human-caused quality issues are covered under our after-sales policy, and per-batch inspection records let any issue be traced to the specific workstation and corrected on the next run.
Which certifications does the facility hold?
We work to SGS, REACH, RoHS, and ASTM standards for materials and finishes. These are held at the facility level and are available as supporting documents for cross-border shipments. We display the SGS Verified / Gold Supplier badge on our profile as a third-party trust signal.
Can buyers visit the factory or request a video audit?
Yes. We welcome scheduled visits to the Haifeng workshop and the Guangzhou QC-and-display space. If travel is not practical, we can arrange a video walkthrough of the production floor and QC area. We also sign NDAs for personalised designs before any proprietary samples are shared.
