At Hengdian Silver, we believe responsible silver jewelry is not just about design — it is about whether every step, from raw silver to finished piece, is taken seriously. As a custom silver jewelry manufacturer with our own factory, we don't treat "sustainability" as a marketing line. We put it into verifiable facts: materials, compliance, and manufacturing.
Our idea of responsibility is simple: verifiable material, tested products, jewelry built to last, and honesty about what we are still working on. We would rather show you the evidence than the adjectives.
We do not claim to be a fully sustainable manufacturer yet. Our environmental work is at an early stage — we share what documentation we have on request, and we do not publish targets we cannot verify.
Responsibility, in every detail
Responsible materials: pure, traceable, compliant
We primarily use new 925 silver of clear provenance — never silver of unknown origin. Every piece carries an S925 stamp, with surface and core made of the same material. No shortcuts, no plating over a different base metal — material you can verify.
For material safety, we enforce a mandatory compliance baseline: SGS testing, REACH, and ASTM F2999 Standard Specification for Adult Jewelry. Testing is performed on sampled batches, and product test reports — including nickel release compliance with REACH limits — can be sent for your review on request (reports are not shipped with the goods).
Our own factory: transparent, verifiable
We don't rely on trading-company middlemen. Our factory in Haifeng, Shanwei, Guangdong is fully our own — with workshop footage, virtual factory tours, SGS certification and facility details available on request. Owning the factory means quality control reaches the production line: all 14 steps from 3D drawing to finished piece happen within our own system. One less layer of intermediaries, one more layer of accountability.
Full quality accountability: built to last
Silver jewelry's value lies in being worn for years. Our commitment: for quality defects not caused by misuse — fading, peeling, plating failure, material mismatch, dimensional deviation, or stone loss — the factory takes full responsibility, so neither you nor your end customers are left exposed.
Our main stones follow two clear lines: AAA cubic zirconia (CZ) and moissanite — all double-checked at incoming inspection and again before shipment, so brilliance and setting security stand up to daily wear. Made to last — durable design means fewer replacements and less waste. Durability, in itself, is a form of responsibility to resources.

We serve brands, wholesalers, retailers, designers and creators through transparent ODM and co-development, with visibility from 3D design to mass production. Product test reports are available for your review on request — ready to support your sourcing reviews and ESG documentation.
Jewelry is packed in standard protective OPP bags; any other packaging — such as branded gift boxes — is available as a customization option. Transport safety guaranteed, brand expression left to you.
