From a sketch to a file we can cast
The Hengdian Silver design team turns briefs into castable files — hand sketches become CAD models, CAD models become wax, wax becomes 925 silver. Corrections go straight from the CAD screen to the bench with no third party in between, and what you approved as a render is exactly what reaches production.

Send a sample, a photo or a technical drawing. We reproduce it in 925 silver jewelry with your stone choice, dimensions and finish — and tell you upfront if something cannot be made.
From our concept
Start from our design library or a rough idea. The team develops the model, shows it as a render, and adjusts until the piece matches what you pictured.
Your designs stay yours
Once a custom design is confirmed, we sign an NDA before production. LOGO engraving and custom branding are supported on finished pieces.
Reference & intent
Send references, dimensions, stone choice and target price. We flag what is not manufacturable before anything is drawn.
3D model & render
The piece is built in CAD and shown as a render. Revisions happen here — where they cost nothing.
Print, tree & cast
Models are printed in wax, set on a casting tree and cast in 925 silver. Your sample is a real piece, not a mock-up.
Setting & polish
AAA cubic zirconia or moissanite set by hand, then filed, pre-polished and final-polished.
Checked on the bench, then checked again
Quality control at Hengdian Silver is done by hand, piece by piece, at two separate benches — one in the polishing room, one after setting. Nothing is packed because it looks right: each piece is measured against the approved sample, and a batch is only released when the piece in hand matches the model you signed off.
After polishing
Surface finish, solder lines and dimensions are verified against the approved sample before any stone goes in. Anything that drifted is rejected before setting.
After setting
Stone security, seat alignment and claw height are checked piece by piece. Loose or tilted stones are pulled and reset.
Before dispatch
A second inspection at our Guangzhou warehouse — quantity, plating and stone grade — then packing.
What the team sends back
- Stones that move under light pressure, or sit higher on one side
- Solder lines or porosity left on a polished surface
- Pieces off dimension from the approved sample
- Uneven finishing, or plating thin at the edges and under the setting
Rejected pieces go back to the bench, are reworked and inspected again — they do not quietly rejoin the batch.
