What is the delivery time for futures customization?
Futures customization is made to order from our style library and ships worldwide B2B from our Guangzhou QC warehouse. After you approve the sample, mass-production lead time is 25–40 days. We use DHL and FedEx for the EU, US, and other major markets, provide tracking on every shipment, and prepare shipping documents based on the term we agree on.
What "futures" means here
Futures customization means you select a design from our style library, specify your 925 silver finish and any minor customization, and we produce it as your SKU. It is not ready stock sitting on a shelf. The entry MOQ is 25 pieces per design, and there is no mold fee because the design is already tooled.
From sample approval to your door
Once the sample is approved, bulk production runs 25–40 days. After production, pieces pass second-stage QC at our Guangzhou warehouse, then ship via DHL or FedEx depending on your market and preference. You receive tracking and the agreed shipping documents within one business day of dispatch.

Shipping terms we work with
We support EXW/FOB from Guangzhou, DDU/DAP to your doorstep without duties paid, and DDP where we prepay import duties. The exact term is written into the proforma invoice before production. We handle the commercial invoice, packing list on request, original product certificate, and appraisal report; we do not assign HS codes.
Delivery summary: 25-piece MOQ for futures, 25–40 days bulk production after sample approval, DHL/FedEx worldwide, tracking provided, shipping term set per agreement (DDP/DDU-DAP/EXW-FOB), no HS code assigned.
Why we QC in Guangzhou rather than overseas
All finished goods are checked in our Guangzhou warehouse before they leave China. We do not maintain overseas warehouses because keeping QC close to production lets us catch and fix issues before international shipping. If a non-human defect is found, we resolve it before the goods ship.
How to avoid delivery delays
Confirm the sample quickly, lock the shipping term early, and provide the correct delivery address and importer details before the balance payment. Customs clearance at your end is usually the longest variable; having a reliable freight forwarder helps. We also recommend ordering with at least two weeks of buffer before any hard launch date.
Split shipments and drop-shipping
We can split a bulk order into multiple shipments if you need inventory staged at different fulfillment centers. Each shipment is invoiced and tracked separately. We do not offer consumer drop-shipping under our B2B model, but we can ship to third-party logistics providers you designate as long as the importer details are clear.
Insurance and lost shipments
Express shipments with DHL or FedEx include standard liability coverage. If you need additional insurance for high-value orders, tell us before the balance payment so we can declare the correct value and add the premium to the invoice. In the rare event that a shipment is lost in transit, we open a carrier claim and keep you updated until resolution.
Peak season and holiday delivery planning
October through December sees higher express volumes and longer customs queues in most destination countries. If your launch depends on delivery during this window, add two extra weeks to the standard timeline and confirm the shipping term early. We recommend locking your sample approval by mid-September for pre-holiday delivery to avoid last-minute capacity surcharges.
