What is the timeline and cost for personalized customization?

Fully personalized 925 silver pieces run a 100-piece MOQ per design with a one-time mold fee from $30 that scales with difficulty and gram weight. After you approve the sample, bulk production takes 25–40 days. You receive a 3D render within 24 hours of deposit, a physical sample in 7–15 days, and a locked per-unit price with no hidden charges.

Step-by-step timeline from deposit to delivery

The standard sequence is: deposit and spec approval → 3D render in 24 hours → physical sample in 7–15 days → sample approval → bulk production in 25–40 days → QC in Guangzhou → shipment. Delays usually come from waiting for sample feedback, so a fast approval keeps the schedule tight.

How cost scales with design and volume

The unit price drops as quantity rises because labor and finishing are spread across more pieces. The one-time mold fee is added only when the design is new and the first order is below 100 pieces; it is refunded once cumulative orders for that design reach 100. Extra complexity such as stone setting, engraving, or multi-part assembly increases both the mold fee floor and the unit price.

Cost and timeline guardrails: 100-piece MOQ per design, $30+ mold fee refunded at 100 pieces, 3D render in 24 hours, sample in 7–15 days, bulk in 25–40 days after sample approval. No 18K gold-plated products.

Starting smaller without breaking the model

If 100 pieces feels high for a first test, start with 25 pieces from our style library on a direct-order model. You can view real finished-piece photos or short videos before ordering. Once the design proves demand, we can develop a personalized variant and apply the MOQ and fee structure.

What can extend the timeline

Common schedule extensions include delayed sample feedback, changes to the design after the sample is approved, peak-season material shortages, and complex stone setting. We flag any expected delay when we quote, and we share tracking as soon as the shipment leaves our Guangzhou QC hub.

Rush orders and priority production

We do not promise a guaranteed rush schedule because casting, setting, and finishing all depend on physical curing and drying times. If you have a fixed launch date, tell us when you request the quote so we can build realistic milestones. Paying the deposit earlier and approving the sample quickly are the two biggest levers for hitting a deadline.

Material cost and price stability

Silver prices move daily, but we lock the material component at the time you approve the proforma invoice. This means your unit price is protected from market swings during production. If you delay the deposit, we may need to refresh the quote to reflect current material costs.

Communication checkpoints during production

We notify you at four key points: deposit confirmed, 3D render ready, sample shipped for approval, and bulk production complete. You do not need to manage day-to-day production, but you can request a status update at any time. If a checkpoint is missed, we explain the cause and the revised date before moving forward.

What if the sample does not match expectations

If the physical sample differs from the approved 3D render in a meaningful way, we revise and remake the sample at our cost. Minor adjustments to surface finish or slight proportion tuning are normal and included. If you change the design after approving the render, that becomes a revised quote rather than a remake. We document the agreed version before each stage so both sides have a clear reference.

Request a customization timeline and cost and we will confirm the exact setup for your project.
