Cross-Border Shipping Transit: From Our Guangzhou Warehouse to Your Door
One Defined Route for Every Silver Order
Every Hengdian Silver order follows the same defined route: the production floor in Guangdong, then our trade warehouse in Guangzhou, then tracked dispatch to your door. No detours, no third-party storage stops. This article walks through what happens at each step, so you always know when your custom 925 silver jewelry is checked, packed, and moving.
Step 1: Secondary QC at the Guangzhou Warehouse
Inspection happens twice. The production floor performs the first pass at the bench; then every piece travels to our Guangzhou warehouse, where the team runs a second, independent quality check — metal finish, stone setting, stamping, and piece count against your order sheet. Only parcels that pass this second review are scheduled for dispatch. Nothing ships straight from the production bench to the airport.
Step 2: Export-Ready Packing
Each piece is sealed in standard OPP packaging, then consolidated into export cartons with your order reference marked on every layer. Style-library orders and fully personalized designs travel the same way: one parcel, one packing list, one chain of custody from our shelf to your door.
Step 3: Tracked Dispatch and Clearance Paperwork
Dispatch is arranged per order with an international courier or freight forwarder, depending on parcel weight and destination. You receive the tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse, together with the commercial invoice and packing list your customs clearance requires — prepared by the same team that checked and packed the goods.
Direct From Guangzhou — and Why That Helps You
We dispatch direct from Guangzhou and do not operate overseas warehouses. One route means your tracking, responsibility, and after-sales follow-up never change hands mid-journey. Transit time depends on your destination and the service level you choose; we confirm the routing and schedule on your order confirmation, and tracking starts the moment the parcel leaves our warehouse. To review the options for your market, see our shipping information page or contact us directly.
Why We Keep Packaging Light and Consistent
Standard orders ship in OPP bags with a packing list. We keep packaging minimal because extra retail boxes, pouches, or inserts add weight, cost, and damage risk during international transit unless they are designed for it. For buyers who need branded retail packaging, we can scope custom packaging as a separate program, typically starting at 10,000 pieces per design. Until that is locked in, the default light pack keeps pieces clean and verifiable without excess volume.
Handling Exceptions: Delays, Damage, or Documentation
Once a parcel is with the courier, the carrier handles the physical route. If a shipment is held at customs because paperwork is incomplete, we re-issue the invoice or packing list from the same order record. If goods arrive damaged, our Guangzhou team reviews the warehouse pack photos and tracking events to identify where the issue started. We do not control airline or port schedules, but we do control the chain of custody up to hand-off, and we keep the documentation that supports a fast resolution.
