The key constraint is that MOQ is per design, not pooled across the order. Five futures designs at 25 each are five separate 25-piece runs; mixing does not let one large personalized piece lower a futures minimum. Lead times also differ — futures typically moves faster because tooling is proven — so we sequence accordingly rather than promising one uniform date.
