Volume-Based Value on 925 Silver Custom Orders Now in Effect | Hengdian Silver
Built Around Order Scale, Not Minimums
At Hengdian Silver each 925 sterling silver piece — set with cubic zirconia or moissanite — is produced to order. The starting line is our standard production baseline: style-library designs from 25 pieces, personalized designs from 100. Above that baseline, the larger a single-style production run becomes, the more value we can bring to the order.
How the Tiered Structure Works
Our tiered approach is measured by total piece count within one style. As the volume of a single design grows, the considerations we can extend on that order grow with it. Every order is reviewed on its own terms, because finish, stone layout and timeline all change the production picture.
What "Value" Means Here
We do not publish a fixed price list. Instead, the offer is shaped around the real order. In practice, order amount is one of the factors we use to determine the discount considerations we can extend — the exact standard is confirmed through direct discussion, based on the true production parameters of your project. This keeps each arrangement fair and tailored, rather than locked to a generic table.
Pairing With a Seasonal Bundle
For buyers planning several styles at once, this tiered approach works alongside our Seasonal Volume Custom Bundle Program: group multiple silhouettes into one consolidated batch, and the order-scale value applies to the run as a whole. The bundle handles scheduling; the tier rewards the scale.
Start a Volume Order
If you are planning a single-style run at scale, share your design, target quantity and timeline. We will return a production plan and the value considerations available for your order size. See our workshop and process, or reach us on the contact page.
Why Finish and Stone Choice Move the Value Curve
Order scale is one input into the value we can offer, but it is not the only one. A design in rhodium-plated 925 silver with cubic zirconia moves through production differently from the same silhouette in 18K gold-plated 925 silver with moissanite. Stone sourcing, setting complexity, and polishing time all change the cost structure. That is why every tiered arrangement is confirmed through direct discussion rather than pulled from a fixed grid: the real parameters of the order determine what is possible.
Locking Timeline and Deposits for Volume Programs
Volume programs benefit from a confirmed production calendar and deposit structure. Once the design is approved and the deposit is received, the order is scheduled and the value arrangement is fixed for that batch. Splitting a large program into several production dates is possible, but each batch is treated as its own run for scheduling and confirmation. This keeps expectations clear and protects both sides from ambiguity about what is included in each shipment.
